Trevor graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in the Bay area, where he had a focus in upper cervical, functional neurology and integrative medicine. He resided as the president of the Functional Medicine Club at LCCW for 3 years and the Vice President of the SICA. He has worked as a private fitness trainer for over 15 years including owning his own wellness facility in Dallas, Texas and being named the Top Trainer by Sport Club, LA and Modern Luxury Magazine.
Trevor seeks to have each patient to reach their full wellness potential by incorporating his knowledge in (1) Chiropractic (2) Biomechanics, (3) Resistance Training, (4) Integrative Flexibility, and (5) Posture Rehabilitation (6) Nourishment (7) Lifestyle Training.
Trevor has a passion for all aspects of his patients’ well being that transformed his practice into a unique form of fitness and wellness specialization. For example, Trevor does not focus on weight training alone, or achieving a certain aesthetic look, for the simple reason that each person is different in his or her physical shape, posture, and even previous injuries. For example, Trevor has taken college baseball recruits and not only helped them from an injured shoulder but then trained them specifically to prevent further injury while increasing their pitch speed, so they could not just reach their goal “to play again” but “to play better.”
Prior to becoming a private fitness trainer, Trevor played soccer internationally and began his fitness career when he became interested in the science of human anatomy and kinesiology.
